Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and David Han, PA-C, who makes and operates Roundsly: Daily Practice (“Roundsly”, formerly “Rounds”, “we”, “us”). They cover the website at roundslypractice.com (formerly roundspractice.com), the Roundsly iPhone app when you use it with a Roundsly account, and any membership you buy. Our Privacy page explains how we handle your information and is part of these terms.

By creating an account, starting a membership or continuing to use Roundsly, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Roundsly.

1. Education only

Roundsly provides practice questions, explanations and references for education. It is not medical advice and not a clinical decision tool. Don’t use it to decide the care of a specific patient. Check current guidelines, prescribing information and your institution’s protocols, and use your own clinical judgment.

Every question is reviewed by David Han, PA-C before it’s published, but medicine changes and mistakes happen. Content can be incomplete, contain errors or become out of date. If you think a question is wrong, please use “Report a problem” or email [email protected].

Don’t enter patient information anywhere in Roundsly, including your profile, reports and emails to support.

2. No CME credit or certification

Roundsly doesn’t award continuing medical education (CME) credit and isn’t approved for AAPA Category 1 credit. The practice record you can download is a record of your own practice, not a CME certificate; you’re responsible for how you report any activity to NCCPA, a licensing board or an employer. Roundsly doesn’t teach or certify BLS or ACLS skills and isn’t a substitute for an American Heart Association course.

Roundsly isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by NCCPA, AAPA or the American Heart Association. PANCE and PANRE are trademarks of NCCPA.

3. Who can use Roundsly

4. Free round and membership

Your first round of ten questions is free and doesn’t need an account. New rounds after that need a membership.

5. Canceling

You can cancel at any time. On the website, sign in and open Profile › Membership & billing › Manage billing, or email [email protected] from your account email and we’ll cancel it for you.

Canceling stops future charges. Your membership continues until the end of the period you’ve paid for. If you cancel during the free trial, you won’t be charged. Your saved practice stays in your account after a membership ends.

6. Refunds

Membership payments aren’t refunded for a partly used period, including when you cancel or delete your account mid-period, except where the law requires a refund. If you were charged by mistake (for example, twice for the same membership), email us and we’ll fix it.

7. Memberships bought in the iPhone app

A membership bought in the Roundsly iPhone app is sold and billed by Apple. Apple’s terms, including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and Apple’s billing, cancellation and refund rules apply to it. Manage or cancel it on your iPhone in Settings › your name › Subscriptions, and ask Apple for any refund. We can’t cancel or refund App Store purchases. If you’re signed in when you buy it, the membership is linked to your Roundsly account so it also works on the website.

8. Your account and deleting it

You can delete your account at any time (website: Account › Delete account; iPhone app: You › Manage account › Delete account). Deleting it permanently removes your account and saved practice as described on the Privacy page. A website membership is canceled at the same moment, so you won’t be charged again; the current period isn’t refunded. An App Store membership keeps renewing until you cancel it in your iPhone’s Settings.

9. Community map and your profile

If you choose a city, other signed-in members see your first name, last initial, specialty and city on the community map. You can hide yourself at any time. Your name and profile must:

We may edit or remove a name or pin, or hide a member from the map, if it breaks these rules. To report a member, use the report option where it’s offered or email support.

10. Using Roundsly fairly

Please don’t:

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close your account without a good reason, we’ll refund the unused part of a website membership.

11. Our content

Roundsly’s questions, explanations, takeaways, design, name and logo belong to David Han. With an account or membership, you may use them for your own learning. Guidelines and articles we link to belong to their owners and have their own terms. If you send us suggestions or report a problem, we may use that feedback to improve Roundsly without owing you anything for it.

12. Changes and availability

We keep improving Roundsly, so questions, features and designs may change, and questions may be revised or retired. We aim to keep Roundsly available but can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free; it may be offline for maintenance or problems outside our control.

13. Disclaimers

Roundsly is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Clinical decisions are yours alone, and we aren’t responsible for how you use what you learn in Roundsly.

14. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of Roundsly. Our total liability for any claim about Roundsly is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for Roundsly in the 12 months before the claim or $50. These limits don’t apply to liability that can’t be limited by law.

You agree to be responsible for claims made against us that result from your breaking these terms or misusing Roundsly.

15. Disputes and governing law

If you have a concern, please email [email protected] first; most problems can be solved quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that isn’t resolved informally will be decided by the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring an eligible claim in small claims court.
